Augustine is patient, and very sincere! Always accommodating, and quick to respond to our requests to view specific properties. She worked with us for a month, and showed many properties to us. She managed multiple personalities with grace, and professionalism. I can not thank her enough!

I was trying to sell my house in a very hot neighborhood and I had dozens of sellers all wanting to list my house including several friends and acquaintances. Since Agustine was the only one making any effort, I made a deal with her and she listed my home and continued to work hard with open houses and canvassing neighborhoods. In no time at all I got multiple offers! She was fantastic at negotiating the final terms, as she knew what I wanted and worked with me and the buyer's agent to get the deal done! If you want just another agent that will promise you everything and do nothing go ahead and pick any number of these agents whose face is on a billboard! If you want someone who will actually put the time and energy in the listing, then call Agustine!
