Agustine is patient, and very sincere! Always accommodating, and quick to respond to our requests to view specific properties. She worked with us for a month, and showed many properties to us. She managed multiple personalities with grace, and professionalism. I can not thank her enough!

I was trying to sell my house in a very hot neighborhood and I had dozens of sellers all wanting to list my house including several friends and acquaintances. I tried to list it myself and offered all of the agents 3 percent if they brought a buyer. All of these agents were full of hot air! They all claimed to have lists of people that were looking for a house that matched mine! I told them, that was great, bring them by and get your 3% when they close! I told them I was willing to put it in the contract! None of them brought anyone by and my phone rang off the hook with other agents with the same lines! I was even told by one caller that the real estate agents basically blackball any home listed for sale by owner and even when they have a customer that sees it listed on Zillow and they are interested, they will tell them the house is under contract! Gives you a warm fuzzy feeling about realtors! Here is the silver lining or shining light, Agustine Copley who had canvassed my neighborhood a couple years earlier left her business card. I contacted her and offered her the same 3%. She did 2 open houses, made flyers and promoted my home for about 30 days. That is when I got that phone call from another realtor telling me if it wasn't listed with an agent they would not bring anyone by! Since Agustine was the only one making any effort, I made a deal with her and she listed my home and continued to work hard with open houses and canvassing neighborhoods. In no time at all I got multiple offers! She was fantastic at negotiating the final terms, as she knew what I wanted and worked with me and the buyer's agent to get the deal done! If you want just another agent that will promise you everything and do nothing go ahead and pick any number of these agents whose face is on a billboard! If you want someone who will actually put the time and energy in the listing, then call Agustine!
